We Practice Ethical Management Through Fair and Transparent Governance
To earn the trust of society and our customers, we have established a Code of Ethics that serves as a standard of conduct for all employees and executives.
Ethics Charter
- We, Ajusteel, have the following management philosophy as the basis of our Ethics Charter: “We produce products and services necessary for the advancement and improvement of human life, and furthermore, contribute to the development of culture.”
- As a member of the international community, we abide by social ethics and norms and aim to become a top-notch company in the 21st century that pursues common prosperity for employees, customers, business partners, shareholders, the nation, and human society.
- We pursue ethical management that secures legitimate profits and supports long-term growth in order to seek sustainable growth
- We conduct business in an honest and fair manner according to a high level of ethics, and strive to prevent corruption and create a clean business climate.
- We respect the personality of each employee, do not discriminate against them, provide fair opportunities and evaluation, and strive to improve their health and quality of life.
- Accordingly, we have established the Ajusteel Ethics Charter and use it as the standard for all Ajusteel people’s behavior and value judgment.

Reportable Misconduct
- Receiving money or entertainment from stakeholders related to one’s duties
- Using one’s position to exert pressure, make solicitations, gain unfair advantages, or intentionally cause harm through improper means
- Other unethical acts involving external stakeholders
- ※ Reports falling under the following categories may be excluded from investigation:
- Reports made with requests for personal benefits or with improper motives
- Reports aimed at defaming individuals based on false or one-sided claims
- Reports lacking specific details about the act (e.g., people involved, method, etc.)
- Matters pertaining to personal privacy that the company cannot intervene in
Confidentiality of Whistleblowers
1. Prohibition of Disclosure and Investigation of Identity
- All employees must not disclose a whistleblower’s identity even if recognized accidentally or through work
- Any activities aimed at discovering the whistleblower’s identity, including inquiries or investigations, are strictly prohibited
- Disclosure or implication of a whistleblower’s or cooperating party’s identity without consent is forbidden
- Violations of confidentiality obligations may result in disciplinary actions

- You may report via mail, phone (text), or in-person visit. Choose the method most convenient for you.
2. Reporting Guidelines
- Clearly describe the identity of the reporter and the subject, along with as much detail as possible, and attach supporting documents if available

- (Attach the KakaoTalk report form – use the same format as in Aju Steel’s Code of Ethics)
- ※ All reports will be kept strictly confidential, and results will be provided via the reporter’s phone or email.
